About The Event
Enjoy a unique menu featuring some of Alaska's wild bounty prepared by MUSE Restaurant Executive Chef Brad Harris as well as a special presentation by Hank followed by a book signing.
Ticket price includes a copy of Hank's newest cookbook, Pheasant, Quail, and Cottontail: Upland Birds and Small Game from Field to Feast, as well as a complimentary Alaska beverage. Appetizers and no-host bar will also be available. Event guests will also be able to experience the Anchorage Museum's new Murmur exhibit; an interactive sculpture that represents a tundra pingo (don't know what a "pingo" is? then come find out!).
